Our sysadmin moved the source safe database to a new server, I wanted to open an existing project, and change the location of the source control inside the visual studio, but it gave me a very useful error message:

I become curios about this well defined error message, and tired the "Help" option, but it provided the "expected result":

Of course the "Information Not Found".
I guess the developers made a survey about the clicking ratio and about 90% percent of the users clicked immediately to the "Ok" option instead of the "Help", so to create the help was not required.
